ネイルの楽しさを伝えたい — レッスン開講までの軌跡

こんにちは、ネイルサロン＆スクール「Nature Country」のハルミです。

今回は、私がネイルレッスンを始めたきっかけやこれまでの歩みについて、少し詳しくお話ししたいと思います。 私がネイルの世界に本格的に関わるきっかけは、オーストラリアへのワーキングホリデーでした。初めて訪れたオーストラリアは、その自然の美しさや多様な文化、人々の温かさにすっかり魅了されました。「もっとこの地で暮らしたい」「もっとオーストラリアで挑戦したい」と強く感じ、ワーホリビザで過ごした1年間は私にとってかけがえのない時間となりました。

そんな中で、美容に興味があった私は、オーストラリアでビューティーセラピストの学校に通うことを決意。

ネイルの基礎や美容の世界の広さと奥深さを実感。

卒業後はビューティーサロンに就職し、接客と技術の両面で実践を積みながら、毎日を充実して過ごしていました。

そんなある時、私の友人がネイルコンペティションに挑戦し、数々の賞を獲得しているのを知りました。彼女の努力や情熱、そして結果に心から感動し、「自分も挑戦してみたい！」という強い思いが湧いてきました。それまで競技ネイルには縁がなかった私ですが、その友人の背中を見て、自分の可能性をもっと広げたいと考えるようになりました。

そこからは、私もネイルコンペに出場するようになり、初めは緊張もありましたが、徐々に結果がついてくるようになりました。コンペでの経験は技術力はもちろん、デザインや表現力を高める貴重な場となり、自分自身の成長を実感できた瞬間でもありました。

さらに、友人の紹介でアクセンツ（AKZENTZ）のトレーニングを受ける機会を得て、そこでエデュケーター（インストラクター）資格を取得。この資格取得をきっかけに、私のネイルに対する情熱はさらに強まり、アクセンツの公式レッスンを担当するようになりました。

レッスンを始めてからは、生徒さん一人ひとりの上達を見守り、技術だけでなくネイルの楽しさや奥深さを伝えることにやりがいを感じています。アクセンツのレッスンに加え、ネイル全般の幅広い技術指導も行うようになり、初心者からプロを目指す方まで多くの方に支持いただいています。

これからも、ネイルを通じて多くの方に自信や笑顔を届けられるようなレッスンを続けていきたいと思っています。今後のレッスン情報や受講者の成長ストーリーもブログでお伝えしていきますので、ぜひ楽しみにしていてくださいね。

Hello, I’m Harumi from Nature Country Nail Salon.

Today, I’d like to share a little more about how I started teaching nail lessons and my journey so far.

My serious involvement with nails began during my working holiday in Australia. When I first arrived, I was captivated by the country’s natural beauty, diverse culture, and the warmth of its people. I strongly felt, “I want to live here longer” and “I want to challenge myself more in Australia.” The year I spent on my working holiday visa became an irreplaceable time in my life.

During that time, I decided to attend a beauty therapist school in Australia because I was interested in beauty. There, I learned the fundamentals of nails and gained a deep appreciation for the wide and profound world of beauty. After graduating, I worked at a beauty salon, where I gained practical experience in both customer service and techniques, and every day was fulfilling.

One day, I learned that a friend of mine was competing in nail competitions and winning numerous awards. I was truly inspired by her effort, passion, and results, and I felt a strong desire to challenge myself as well. Until then, I hadn’t been involved in competitive nails, but seeing my friend’s example made me want to expand my own possibilities.

After that, I began entering nail competitions myself. Although I was nervous at first, I gradually started to achieve results. The competitions were valuable opportunities to improve not only my technical skills but also my design and expressive abilities. It was a moment when I truly felt my own growth.

Furthermore, through a friend’s introduction, I had the opportunity to take training with AKZENTZ and obtained the Educator (Instructor) qualification there. This qualification strengthened my passion for nails even more, and I began teaching official AKZENTZ lessons.

Since starting lessons, I’ve found great fulfillment in watching each student improve and in sharing not only skills but also the joy and depth of nails. In addition to AKZENTZ lessons, I have expanded my instruction to cover a wide range of nail techniques, and I have received strong support from beginners to those aiming to become professionals.

From now on, I want to continue offering lessons that bring confidence and smiles to many people through nails. I will also share upcoming lesson information and stories of my students’ growth on this blog, so please look forward to it!
